I spent five years operating Sana full-time, dedicating over 1,800 hours to working with women in all walks of life. What those years taught me is simple: healing isn't about doing more, adding rituals, or forcing a transformation. It's about unburdening yourself.
My work as a guide is an extension of my own lived experience and human design blueprint. I am here to help you clear away the noise, lay down the expectations of who you were told you had to be, and step back into your own skin in a grounded space designed to allow you to simply return to you.
